Co-Chapter Head

Dhruveer Singh Gandhi is a third-generation restaurateur and the Managing Partner of Great Punjab Restaurant, Mumbai. Established by his grandfather, Trilok Singh Gandhi, in 1959, Great Punjab has remained a part of Mumbai's hospitality landscape for over six decades. Dhruveer continues this family legacy while adapting the business to the changing needs of the restaurant industry. He currently serves as Secretary of the NRAI Mumbai Chapter and has been actively involved in strengthening member engagement, organising chapter initiatives and representing issues affecting Mumbai's restaurant community. His experience within the chapter, combined with his understanding of restaurant operations, industry challenges and stakeholder relationships, gives him a practical and member-focused approach to association leadership. As Co-Chapter Head, his focus will be on building a more active and member-led NRAI Mumbai Chapter that delivers tangible value through stronger industry representation, practical advocacy, knowledge-sharing, talent development, collaboration and meaningful business connections
