With over a decade in the industry, Pawan Shahri, CEO & Founder of Chrome Asia, has been at the forefront of hospitality, nightlife, and boutique hospitality. He launched Chrome Nightlife (2011-2015), pioneering revenue-driven nightlife marketing and bringing international artists like Sean Kingston and Jay Sean to India. This success led to Chrome Communications, a 360° marketing agency specializing in hospitality brand-building. In 2019, Pawan co-founded Chrome Asia Hospitality, transforming Mumbai’s dining scene with experiential restaurants like EVE, Donna Deli, and Shy. Expanding further, he introduced KAIA Goa, a boutique hotel in partnership with Bhumi Pednekar, and launched culinary hotspots like Gigi (Japanese-European) and Lyla (Mexican) in Mumbai. Amid the pandemic, he co-founded BroEat!, India’s first WhatsApp-based restaurant ordering platform. Known for his business acumen and guest-centric approach, Pawan continues to innovate, mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, and elevate India’s F&B landscape.
