The NRAI Varanasi Chapter successfully hosted an exclusive Coffee Meet ☕🍽️ & Conversation, bringing together NRAI members and legacy restaurateurs for an engaging and insightful session.
The interactive discussion on FSSAI Compliance, Food Safety, and Kitchen Hygiene was led by Mr. Kaushalendra Sharma, District Officer – FSSAI, who shared valuable guidance, best practices, and addressed key compliance-related queries from participants.
The meet served as an important platform to reinforce regulatory awareness, enhance operational credibility, and build customer trust—fostered through meaningful conversations over high tea.
